What is FR408HR?
FR408HR laminates are laminated with high performance multifunctional resin and reinforced with electrical grade (E-glass) fiberglass fabric.
The material offers a 30% improvement in Z-axis extension and offers 25% more electrical bandwidth (lower losses) than competing products in this field.
These characteristics, combined with superior moisture resistance during reflow soldering, allow the product to enhance board quality from a thermal and electrical standpoint.
