Li Youfeng, who is also a supervisor of the Taiwan Composite Materials (FRP) Industry Association, found that the processing principle of PCB waste is similar to that of FRP waste by adding Controllable Low Strength Concrete (CLSM). It can realize the goal of circular economy and high-value products actively promoted by the government.
